Preparing to entrance examination for secondary art school is guided both by teaching drawing and painting, and through consultation and analysis of students own artworks on the basis of which are assigned individual tasks corresponding to the objectives of the course. It is not the only extension of artistic skills in painting or drawing, but also the development of painting and drawing thinking with an emphasis on the development of creative thinking and intelligent image reflecting the present. Each student has dedicated an individual approach depending on the type of school.

The course is suitable for those who would like to attend a secondary art school. Furthermore, for people who feel the need to create and develop the potential of their creative activities.

Objectives of the course:
to improve craft skills, acquire basic technology training in drawing and painting
to gain greater insight, reflection, courage, self-confidence in own artwork
to learn to see and perceive abstractly
learn to verbalize images and language to better defend their work and views
to understand the image language better
to discover new ways of thinking
to avoid deadlocks in the artistic development
to gain freedom and then find own way, subject, form, medium, a way of thinking, concept, a method of work, etc …
to enhance intelligence and sensitivity of own artistic creation
help with creating your own portfolio
to learn base academic drawing and painting traits
develop the ability to focus on the main issue (property necessary to pass the entrance exams)
to form their own artistic style based on the development of personal expression of a young artist
acquire work discipline and how to not waste time
try to study the "competitive environment" of other pupils, where you can learn from the mistakes and successes of your colleagues
study in an inspiring environment art studio with an exceptional atmosphere

What to bring at first lesson?
Bring your previous paintings, drawings, studies, sketches ... the most comprehensive possible scale, we are not there for showing it off how good we are but it is for our mutual understanding. If you are an absolute beginner and you don’t have any drawing at home, we don’t mind, bring your desire and interest to create their own images, we will show you the direction.
As part of any preparation for entrance exams, our lecturers are here for you opted for consultation, to help you with a selection of your own artworks and build a portfolio, also with us in the studio you can try out how exams work and receive similar tasks, which are common in the entrance examination. The recommended length of training is only approximate and depends on hard work and talent of the candidate. Recommended minimum length of training is 1-2 years.
