Give yourself the gift of a lifetime and learn how to draw and paint!

Our workshop "The first step into the world of colors" helps you to rediscover your ability to draw and paint, which we all used to have as children. The aim of the workshop is not to become a professional painter over the one day, but rather to learn how to overcome the barrier of "I can't". The tutor of the workshop will guide you during these first steps of drawing and painting so that you feel confident exploring your future creative activities by yourself.

• This workshop is taught only in Czech.

The Programme: This one day workshop is best suited for beginners or for people who have minimal experience with painting and drawing. The workshop is structured in such a way that the participants receive both theoretical and practical experience through trying out as many basic art techniques as possible - pencil, charcoal, dry pastel, watercolors, acrylic paints... Each of us is an individual and everyone prefers a different art medium and technique.

• initial relaxing technique - we will choose a modernistic painting and try to demonstrate different techniques: 
• charcoal drawings on cardboard (line, area, shadowing, adding elements and erasing them)
• pencil drawing (focus on detail, proportion, and composition of the image)
• drawing with color pencils (transition to working with colors, watercolors)
• painting (acrylics)
• final consultation
