The art therapeutic semestral course is designed for all people without distinction - those who are already creating just for themselves as well as those who want to get started. Do you want to relax, recharge, and meet yourself? Then you are warmly welcomed into the atmosphere of sharing that we will create together.
Workshop with components of arte techniques is led by an art teacher Natália Vargová and is meant for those, who want to support and develop their selves through their own creation and thinking about it.
Take a look into the world of artefiletics that comes from the possibilities of the art therapy and will lead you to a healthy self-development and further self-knowledge in a playful way.
Touch your inner self through the joy of creating, find and understand yourself more not only through your own work of art but also by sharing it with another members of this workshop.
